  12.      _rrrr_ssss_vvvv_pppp_dddd_----_ssss_nnnn_mmmm_pppp_aaaa_gggg_eeee_nnnn_tttt is the part of the _rrrr_ssss_vvvv_pppp_dddd daemon which implements RSVP
  13.      (RFC 2206) and Integrated Services (RFC 2213) MIBs, using the Simple
  14.      Network Management Protocol (SNMP).  rsvpd can be configured to run at
  15.      boot time by the command _c_h_k_c_o_n_f_i_g _r_s_v_p_d _o_n, or started from the command
  16.      line.  You must be super-user (root) to run rsvpd.  For more information,
  17.      please see the rsvpd(1M) man page.

  19.      The rsvpd-snmpagent allows read-only access to all RSVP and IntSrv MIB
  20.      variables, except intSrvIfAttribMaxAllocatedBits, which is read-write.

  22.      The rsvpd-snmpagent portion of rsvpd acts as a subagent to the PEER
  23.      Networks Master Agent _pppp_eeee_eeee_rrrr______ssss_nnnn_mmmm_pppp_dddd.  The SNMP Agent peer_snmpd must be
  24.      started up before or shortly after rsvpd is started.  peer_snmpd is the
  25.      master SNMP Agent that listens to incoming SNMP requests on UDP port 161.
  26.      rsvpd-snmpagent connects to peer_snmpd via the SMUX protocol, and
  27.      registers the MIB subtrees that it implements, with peer_snmpd.  When a
  28.      Network Manager sends a request for a MIB object within one of those
  29.      subtrees, peer_snmpd will first authenticate the request, and then
  30.      communicate with rsvpd-snmpagent to get the response, and then sends the
  31.      response back to the Manager.
